Shipping & Handling


Local Orders

Studiofrost customers have the option to select one of the following delivery options:

1. Normal Mail

We charge SGD$2.55 for every item included in your order. This amount will automatically be added to your order total upon checkout.

2. Registered Mail

If you would like added security, you may opt for Registered Mail. Registered Mail articles are delivered to your doorstep via SINGPOST. (Authentication required) If you require the Registered Mail service,

Registered mail is charged by Singpost at SGD$2.24 for every two items on top of the local postage of SGD$2.55 per item. Your items will reach you within 3-4 working days (excluding Weekends & Singapore Public Holidays) from the day it is shipped out. You may track your parcels on Singpost with the tracking number that is issued to you in your delivery confirmation email.

International Orders

We apologise as we currently do not cater to international orders. All orders on Studiofrost are based in Singapore only. Please contact us at askstudiofrost@gmail.com should you require any assistance.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our mission is to maximize your satisfaction while shopping at Studiofrost.

Exchange Policy

Our Exchange Policy applies for all products in the unlikely occurence of the following:

  • Defective Item(s) Received
  • Incorrect Item(s) Received

Defective Item(s) Received

If you have received a defected item, please drop us an email at askstudiofrost@gmail.com within 3 days from the receipt of your parcel, and we will confirm the exchange details. We offer a one-to-one exchange for all defective items, subject to the availability of the item.

Incorrect Item(s) Received

If you have received an incorrect item, please drop us an email at askstudiofrost@gmail.com within 3 days from the receipt of your parcel, and we will confirm the exchange details.

All returned items should be in new and unused condition and are to be returned in their original packaging, inclusive of all product parts and features, if any.

Strictly No Cash Refunds

We seek your understanding that we do not offer cash refunds on all orders that have been sold, delivered or cancelled.
