Payment is to be made within 5 hours from the time you place your order. Please send an email to askstudiofrost@gmail.com with a screenshot of your receipt/transaction upon making your payment and kindly quote the following:

  • Your Name (As per our system records)
  • Your Order Number (This can be found in your order history)
  • Amount Transfered
  • Date, Time & Transaction Reference

With the introduction of iFAST on most local banks, we can accept bank transfers made on the iFAST transactions.

 

PayPal

If you have selected this option during the checkout process, you will usually be redirected to the Paypal checkout page where you can key in your credentials to make payment. However, in the rare occassion that this does not apply and you are required to make a manual payment, do take note of the following steps:

To make a manual payment via Paypal, please log in to http://www.paypal.com & forward the amount to askstudiofrost@gmail.com. Please also remember to add an additional 7% (charged by Paypal) on top of total amount payable when opting for this payment method. This is a transaction cost that is solely absorbed by the Paypal merchants.

Payment Verification & Update

We will verify your payment and update your order accordingly. You will receive an email notification informing you that your payment has successfully been received, and your order is currently being processed for delivery. You will receive a final email notification once your order has been shipped out.
