Making a purchase
All item descriptions and illustrations are provided in good faith but are intended for guidance only and the actual items may vary accordingly. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to keep all prices up to date we reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, choose an item and click on Add to Cart. You can then choose whether to Continue shopping or proceed to complete your purchase and pay.

You are able to correct mistakes on your order up to the point at which you start the Checkout payment process.

Checkout accepts payment via internet banking and ATM transfer from a DBS/POSB account, and Paypal. If you have not previously made a purchase with Studiofrost, you will be required to create an account with us first.

If you intend to pay via I-banking, please remember to leave your name and Order ID number.

To make payment via PAYPAL, please forward the amount to askstudiofrost@gmail.com.
Please also remember to add an additional 7% on top of total amount payable when opting for this payment method.

Alternatively, if you opt to pay via ATM transfer, please email us with the following details:

(a) Transaction Reference Number
(b) Amount Paid
(c) Time Of Transfer

Please reply back with the confirmation email you receive from us & inform us of payment immediately along with your mailing details so that we can verify payment & post out your item/s as soon as possible.

We regret to inform you that we no longer entertain queries or purchases made via SMS.

We retain ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Accepting the order and completing the contract
When you place an order to purchase an item your order represents an offer to purchase that item which we may chose to accept or refuse. Your order does not represent a legally binding contract.

All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat, not an offer for sale. The steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

Before you proceed to Checkout do read our terms and conditions in relation to online shop sales.
In the Checkout process you are able to correct mistakes on your order until you click on the Checkout button.
You will then receive an email from Checkout confirming that you have made an order from Studiofrost.
Shortly afterwards we will send to you an email acknowledging your order and detailing the items you have ordered, as well as the total amount you are to pay.

An order may not be accepted due to one of the following:
payment is not made within five hours
we do not receive an email from you to inform us of payment details
we do not receive an email from you to inform us beforehand that payment cannot be made within five hours.
the item(s) you ordered are out of stock
there are defects in the item(s) you ordered
your payment is not reflected in our bank account
As soon as we discover any of the above we will contact you by email and set out the alternatives available.

Inspecting your purchase and your right to cancel your order
You should inspect your purchase upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the items unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem with the item. If you fail to take such action, we are not obliged to accept any rejection by you of the items at a later date.

Shipping And Handling All prices displayed exclude delivery charges. Postage is $1.50 for each item. Registered postage is an additional $2.24 regardless of the number of items ordered. The total amount to pay will be shown in the confirmation email from Studiofrost as soon as you check out.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 2 working days [of confirmation of receipt of payment]. Do expect delay in delivery especially during peak periods.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will refund back your money. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather replace it with another item that is in stock.

Returns Policy
There is to be no exchange or replacement of items unless the items are faulty or delivered in error.
We regret we cannot reimburse the cost of postage unless the items are faulty or delivered in error.
We will only refund or exchange your purchase once it is received by us.
